Annual subscription for our service is $129 per year. The yearly subscription begins on the anniversary date of the subscription and ends one year later.
Additional inspections (due to more than 3 weather events) will be billed at $45 per inspection, paid in advance.
We are NOT a Property Management Company and are not licensed as such in South Carolina. - We are NOT providing any Real Estate Services and are not licensed as Realtors in South Carolina. - We assume no liability other than performing a visual inspection of the exterior of the property.
