We retired to North Myrtle Beach in 2019 after 20 years in Northern Virginia as the owners of R & R Realty and Management, Inc. We remain licensed Realtors in Virginia but only for referrals. Our Property Management Company was exclusively “full service” residential management services. 98% of our clients were remote and were either individuals who had moved from the area or investors who were not local to Northern Virginia. After living in North Myrtle Beach, we saw the need for a service for property owners who live remotely. Our service is intended for owners who do not have a local Property Management company and would like to know as soon as possible if weather events caused damage to their home at an affordable cost.
